The call launched with the deadline of June 15 on the theme “Words of the city in the time of the pandemic, has received a demanding response from young people from European and non-European countries. The texts are of considerable interest.
A first online meeting to highlight the issues raised and to start a dialogue with the authors is scheduled online on July 27 on the Zoom platform. The lnk will be communicated soon.
Furthermore, an entire section of the iSDC Trieste Summer School programmed by the Center for the days of August 27-29 2020 will be dedicated to the discussion of the topic and texts.
The University of Udine is also involved in the project “Words of the city in Pandemic times”. The project takes place under the patronage of the University of Trieste, the University of Udine and the Order of Journalists of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
